When embarking on our business journeys, we all knew they would be challenging. But the additional challenges of COVID-19 has made it that much harder! After speaking with so many members over the last few months, it’s clear we are all experiencing the same hardship at the same time.
As you know, Work Nicer believes that No One Succeeds Alone; it’s printed on our clothes, it’s written on our website, it’s a hashtag, but most importantly, it’s our core purpose as a community. Inherently, the obstacles Work Nicer has overcome already, the ones we face today, and those we will face in the future can not be met without you. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart. Please know that your support, especially in the last several months, has helped us and helped so many others.
Over the last seven months of COVID-19, Work Nicer has proudly provided over $500,000 to fellow members in relief and membership deductions. This opportunity to support members was only made possible because of all of you that continue to support Work Nicer financially. At times, the team and I were unsure how Work Nicer would get through, but we were all committed to doing what we need to do to emerge stronger than we were before.
We know that the effects of COVID-19 will impact us for months and years to come. Still, we’ve chosen to dig in and find opportunities to move forward with bold strategies and offerings to serve members and the greater business community better. The first of which I’m excited to tell you about today. Work Nicer is excited to introduce the Work Nicer Membership Growth Fund.
What is the Work Nicer Membership Growth Fund?
Work Nicer is full of stories. Stories of lives and businesses that have changed for the better. Partners that would have never met, friendships that would never have formed, lessons that would never have been learned, and we are all the better for it. It’s our responsibility not just to maintain the status quo, but to grow. It’s our responsibility to demonstrate that there is a bright side, the glass is half full, and tenacity prevails. Now is the time to grow, and we are here to help.
The Work Nicer Membership Growth Fund is a $300,000 membership credit program available to both existing and new members who are looking to grow, innovate, or seize opportunities during these challenging times. Whether you want to join Work Nicer for the first time, return after some time away, add new team members, or expand into an office, but aren’t sure if it’s financially possible; this fund is for you. These membership credits will be deployed over the next three months and provide a 50%-75% subsidy towards Work Nicer membership growth. As a company and as a team, we have committed to pushing forward with plans to grow. Now, we want to enable others to do the same.

How to Apply to the Membership Growth Fund
The process is simple; tell Work Nicer what you’re up to, how you want to grow, and how this Work Nicer membership subsidy will help you do that. Complete your application form here. It only takes about 15 minutes. The Work Nicer team will respond to your application within one week. All approved applicants will commit to continue to work and engage in this driven and diverse community. Any Work Nicer member can complete this application, including those newly welcomed at Work Nicer Rail Yards, formerly known as The Commons Cowork.
